Where we work
The office is in Riga and we design projects across Latvia — Riga and its region, Jurmala, Liepaja, Ventspils, Jelgava, Valmiera, Daugavpils and Rezekne. Site surveys and meetings are planned with the project schedule.
Frequently asked questions
- How long does HVAC design take?
- A small project usually takes 2–4 weeks, a full design for a public building 6–12 weeks depending on area and system count. We fix the schedule in the proposal once we have the building data.
- Can the project be delivered in BIM?
- Yes. We model the HVAC discipline to BIM standards, run clash checks and hand over an IFC model with the drawings.
- Do you provide author supervision?
- Yes. Author supervision, site meetings and as-built review can be added to the design contract.
