Ventilation for spaces with elevated hygiene requirements

Clean room with ceiling-integrated air supply

In spaces with strict hygiene requirements, airflow direction, pressure cascade and filtration matter as much as temperature.

In such projects the decisive factor is a stable pressure relationship between room groups — including the moment a door opens and when equipment runs at part load. We verify this in calculations and then measure it on site.

The second decisive element is filtration stages and how they can be serviced. If filters are hard to reach, the system is maintained less often than intended and the designed quality is lost.

At handover we prepare commissioning records and clear instructions for the operating staff, so the system keeps running in its intended mode years after opening.
